As a Content Strategist at Lyft, I crafted fun, persuasive, and performance-driven copy for growth marketing and paid acquisition.

Lyft Mobile Services

In 2022, Lyft launched a new feature for car owners. Users could now use the Lyft app to book an oil change or replace a headlight. This was a sell because Lyft is for riders, not drivers. Amirite?

To stick the landing, I worked with Product Managers and Designers to create dead-simple emails and in-app notifications.

The message: Yep, Lyft does car care now.

Post Activation

Great, you've downloaded the app. But now what?

How does Lyft make life easier? Is it actually safe? What else can this thing do? In a post-COVID world, we aimed to answers these questions with clear and cheerful communication.

Sure, most people knew they could take a Lyft to the airport. But did they know one could pick them up on the other side? Or that they could schedule one in advance?

Call A Lyft Ride

For some seniors, requesting a ride with the app wasn’t easy. So Lyft launched a pilot program that gave riders the option to call a for ride, just like a traditional taxi. I worked with Product Owners and Designers to position the program and wrote copy for the landing page and blog.
